Teaching & Training for Cross Cultural Ministry in Asia

History

The beginning of the ministry was the Inductive Bible Study Workshops started by Intensive Care Ministries of Asia in 1986 in Dumaguete City, Philippines. The birth of the Training Center (CCTC) in 1995, came out as a result of a desire to equip Christian leaders for the work of the ministry in the areas of Missions & Church planting.

The several levels of IBS Workshops became then the foundation of the curriculum developed for the Bible College, while CCTC continued on with the IBS workshop and training of leaders in the different regions of the Philippines and other parts of South East Asia.

Several of those who have attended our IBS workshops eventually found their way to the Bible college with the desire to study and learn more from God’s Word and be fully equipped for ministry.

Over the years many of CCBC’s graduates eventually planted churches or served as leaders of their local churches, while others became missionaries to the unreached regions of the Philippines and of South East Asia.
